Horrible service. The salesperson didn't allow me to take a picture of the miniature. Very soon will be closed. I hope so.
Not happy with the service. My lady purchased a bottle of wine and a Bombay sapphire. The wine bottle cork screw broke at the place we were staying. We ask ray and franks for a cork screw opener and sad to go next door. $7. That one broke as well. Returned to ray and franks since I didn’t know the lady purchased there in the first place. They tried to sell me another bottle at half the price. Telling me that’s what I get for purchasing a cheap bottle of wine. (Notable California chardinay). I didn’t understand why I would pay an additional half price ( my lady wouldn’t appreciate that) just to open her original purchase. The owner was there with wine tasting but had no sweet wines for me to taste. No thanks I’m good. As an after thought pehaos he was giving me a discount on another bottle just to make up for the inconvenience?). Frak! New Yorkers are hard to fathom with such a bad rep.
Horrible service, after saying thank you 3x I barely got a mumble or was it a growl....I'm sorry but I'm sick and tired of bad customer service all I ask for is a simple hi or smile but to be treated like a pos is uncalled for.
Better range than your usual smaller liquor outlets and, when I arrived, some fun staff. Prices were reasonable.
I like momma poppa places. It makes me feel comfortable. Place is a decent place with decent people & good manhattan prices.
