It's a very clean place and the rooms are extremely nice. The food is good. The staff is very nice and loving. The only problem is that there isn't enough staff especially on the weekends. I've been there for 3 weeks going every day. So I notice this issue. Other then that its an excellent place for your love ones. I highly recommend these facilities to anyone.
Had an appointment, would not see me and blamed a different establishment for making a wrong appointment with them. So that meant they don't check appointments being made or make calls to patients to confirm appointments.
Not all but MOST doctors have no patience, it's like they hate their jobs well staff not just doctors. Little staff so maybe that's the reason? The staff have such nasty attitude. everytime I tell my doctor my concerns disregard it and don't do their job. Every time I come here it's like I have to do my own research on what I should do to take care of myself. (Even though you should NOT be doing so) now that the community is being gentrified they want renovate the clinic? Don't be fooled by how "nice" it looks

I've been going to this Medical Center since I was just a a child. I never had any problem with Gouverneur. I had to switch Doctors because unfortunately i got older..... my former doctor was Dr. Crump. Shes the best Doctor hands down! :)

I went to visit for results for a job application. I went to the medical records. UNBELIEVABLE experience. Today a woman who was working the hours between 2pm-3pm stated she didn't know the results that was needed from my job application when it was stated in the application (I don't understand medical stuff but I would know not to just print out any other information). She printed out my social workers results on me and hand them to me. Imagine if I sent out ALL those confidential information to my job?! That is UNACCEPTABLE! If you don't understand the job that was given to you, you should either ask for help or not work there. I had waited for a little to see if she can inform me to see somebody else. Until I asked her who can I go see that's when she told me what to do next. The ingenuity is incredible here. I was asked to take down my review since someone checked up on me to what happened. I replied until I feel comfortable then I will take this review down. However my social worker is amazing.
