If I could give 10 stars for this place I would. Come here for tune-up, part replacements and bike apparel/equipment. The BEST and seriously so chill. I had a Thule saddle bag that broke - I showed the guy a picture and he immediately knew what part I needed. He went to the back of the store and ripped the part off an old Thule bag he had and gave it to me, no qualms. How cool is that? Was about to drop another $130 for a whole new bag. Made my week.
This is my LBS. I've bought several kids bikes there, had them build a bike purchased elsewhere, and have had them repair/replace parts on my bike numerous times. Luis is a great mechanic. Shane & Adrian always answer my questions but never push me to buy something that isn't right for me. The quality has really improved over the years.
decent bike shop, it's convenient if you're on the UES. my big issue is the blase attitude they have with helping. a couple of the guys act put off if you have any questions or need help. has happened multiple times in store and on the phone
Super friendly staff!! They assembled my bike in a half an hour when all the other places said it would take 3-4 days. This shop is very affordable too.
