Ugh.

I didn't feel comfortable in this PT. The treatment was very harsh. It felt like a gym more than a heath care facility. I have moved to the NYU center for Muskulo eskeletal care. I don't dread my appointments any more.

Get a letter a week or two ago. Asking for the money. Call up, no one's home. Person in charge is this woman, Nancy Pagan. Good enough to respond through email, which is more than I'd expect from most of these companies - my job doesn't allow me access to cell phone coverage very often, and she works bankers hours. Must be nice to 9-5 in NYC in 2016.

Anyway, gripe over. If you have options, go for another place that doesn't have any negative reviews yet. This place is good, except when it's a pain in the butt.

Go to leave, I'm told by the front desk lady that there's no charge for this visit. I hit some co-pay limit for 2015 (this was late December). I think, great!

Anyway, gripes aside, the woman basically has been telling me nothing. Over and over. Reiterating that there's a $40 charge with no attempt at customer service. I hope I'm not a typical entitled reviewer to say, after being told - twice - by someone in the company that I don't owe this money, I'm at least owed an explanation of why I now do.

Get a call a month later, asking for the co-pay. I tell them, surprised, 'Oh, I was told that I didn't have to pay...' before I can think of something to follow with, caller tells me 'Oh yea! I see it, no problem' end of convo.

Went with a sprained ankle, got a smart trainer, we worked on it she gave me a workout schedule, great. No complaints.

I was treated after a hip replacement. The staff was couretous and professional. Every visit started within 5 minutes of my arrival. The physical therapy progressed at a tolerable pace. Each session had hands on treatment from a physical therapist. My sessions were 60-90 minutes each visit. This was most hands on comprehensive care I have ever experienced. I highly recommend professional pt for anyone who is post op or acutely injured.

Thanks to my physical therapist my range of motion was up to 95% of what it should be in less than three months. With her expertise and the home exercise program. My therapy was a success. I highly recommend them.

Awesome people, amazing service. I had Lizabeth and she was the nicest and most down to earth P.T I've ever had. Some P.Ts I've had in the past were pretty snobby and impatient when it comes to recovery, but she works with you and knows how to challenge your limits. Yes the table area is open, so think of it as a gym, the area doesn't feel cramped you have space to do your stretches/exercises. It's clean they wipe down the tables after each patient, they have a nice small locker for you to put away your things and get changed, fresh linen is always stocked, the equipment is kept nice, neat, and cleaned. If I ever need physical therapy again I would definitely come back here. A+++
