**I am changing the review here. As Melissa mentioned below I am having trouble as well connecting to them. I also use LDN and I should switch to skip as well.
I have been getting the same prescription made and filled here for years without issue but over the last year plus it has been a complete nightmare. The automated refill system (phone and online) doesn't work and it's impossible to get someone on the phone. Unfortunately my medicine is very important to me for a lung illness so I have been left scrambling trying to get it somewhere else. I'm not someone who writes many reviews but I can't believe medical professionals are this unprofessional. Counting on this pharmacy is actually dangerous if you need your medicine.
Not happy at all. My dermatologist sent my prescription electronically. I registered as a new patient on their website May 25, 2017 and as of today, June 8th, I have not received my prescription. I have not received any phone calls as to the status and I can't get anyone over the phone. PATHETIC! As a first time customer, this is not a good first impression. Now I have to waste subway fare to go in person to find out what happened to my prescription. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! I also find it very interesting those individuals who wrote positive reviews 1 year ago, the owner responded to those reviews. What the owner should be doing is address those individuals like myself who haven't had a positive experience with their pharmacy not just those with a positive experience. Update as of today, June 21, 2017...... My doctor had to resend my prescription again on June 16 after I had to physically go to them the day before for them to tell me the never receive the prescription which was a lie. The prescription was originally sent on May 23rd, 2017. As of today, still have not received a phone call as to the status and trying to get them over the phone is like mission impossible. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. THIS PHARMACY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!
Their customer service phone line is MISERABLE! We have tried for months to refill our prescription to no avail. I finally had to switch to a different pharmacy. Very rarely does their phone line work, and if you can get to an answering machine, they NEVER call you back. It's a good thing they have a store front or they would be out of business! If they don't want to answer their phones then they should disconnect it! If I could give it less than one star I would.
I wouldn't give them any stars if I had the chance. I have been waiting to get my prescription refilled and registered on line and I have heard nothing. I have called multiple times and of course no one answers the phone. Thank goodness I don't need any medications that are detrimental to my health because I would be dead by now. This is extremely unprofessional and they should be closed!
I get compound low dose naltrexone here and never had a problem! They are super nice and takes their time to help me when i have questions about medication.
