Malik and his crew did a phenomenal job for me. They had a HUGE task ahead of them - a fully loaded 3 bed 2 bath apartment with a terrace with 8 closets full of stuff! They were hardworking, worked quickly and faithfully throughout the day, and were as professional and polite as can be. They worked out every problem with a good solution and never looked back, only forward. It was teamwork like I have never seen, and implemented quite perfectly. This crew made moving not as bad as it usually is. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering hiring a moving company - you will definitely not be disappointed.
FlatRate Moving came highly recommended and they lived up to the hype. I had been negotiating with another moving company before I heard about FlatRate, and the difference between the two companies is night and day. FlateRate will now be my first choice when I have to move anywhere again, and I will tout them to anybody who cares to listen.
If you don't have a regular day job on the weekdays and are miraculously able to pay for their high storage costs this is definitely the place for you. Customer service is non-existent here.

Moving can be a stressful process, we were extremely fortunate to have hired you to handle our move. Abdel and his partner arrived promptly this morning to begin the moving process. They were professional, courteous and efficient. From the moment they entered our home it was apparent that we had experienced movers with a plan to execute with precision. Top notch moving service beyond deserving of a 5-Star Review. I received a call from Manny literally minutes after I requested information online. We went over my moving plan, and I received the quote immediately thereafter. Alex called to confirm the move two days prior, and the actual movers were beyond amazing. They broke down my big heavy platform bed and packed my dresser like champs. They padded, protected and wrapped all of my furniture and tv's. Put all of my clothes in wardrobe boxes. Literally took stellar care of all my belongings. We had a ton of stuff in boxes and bins and they moved it all so seamlessly. Nothing broke or got damaged. Best of all, I didn't have to lift a finger. I have already recommended them to my Mom for her future move, and would use them time and time again. Thanks Flat Rate!!! You all are truly amazing!!!
This was my first experience with a moving company and it was excellent. The employees were responsive from the moment I contacted them, they explained everything in detail and always had time for any questions I had. They kept in constant contact with information and forms that required filling and were clear about any and all costs that would be incurred. The moving team was also extremely professional. They were punctual, polite, and efficient. The move took less than two hours (it was one trip and not many items, but they were quick and clean). They got everything set up at the destination and asked if I needed help with anything else while they were still there.
