I would have to say the customer service in this place... amazing! Once my house began to look like a storage space I knew it was time to get one & Extra Space made it a painless process. Angela made it very easy to decide on the right size unit & their prices are affordable. If you're new to the city or looking for some extra space I would definitely recommend.
Yanise Rodriguez was very helpful and efficient while I was at the Facility. From the time I arrived she asked if I needed help or if she could help in any way. I also cut my arm while moving and she took time to help with First-aid as far as cleaning and bandaging my wound. It's rare to see excellent customer service like that now a days.
Darlene was super informative. Very professional and was able to provide all of the answers to our questions. Even things that we didn't think to ask about, she told us about the amenities that are included on site. Darlene made our decision to choose Extra Storage Space in Harlem a smooth choice. No hassle. My wife and I just moved back to New York and of course our new place is smaller than our house in Kentucky was. I heard about this place from a friend and she recomended I come In and see a guy named Chris. She said his customer service was exceptional and boy was she right! From the warm welcome when my wife and I entered to the knowledgeable, informative, and reassuring confidence he has in this facility. The man really knows his job and obviously enjoys it. Chris went above and beyond to assist us with the entire process from start to finish. I never expected such quality service from a storage facility.
