CONS:
Best money spent!! We received a speeding ticket near United Nations (51 over 25 mph) around Dec 2015. It would have been $300++ and 6 points. So we hired Weiss & Assoicates to fight the ticket. We called couple of places and the rate at W&A was the most reasonable given the level of services provided. They were able to postpone our court dates multiple times and kept us updated via email. On Nov. 15, 2017, we received an email that our ticket was dismissed! I called to find out the reason and was told that the police officer that ticketed us retired recently and the law firm made sure the judge sees our case before it was reassigned to a new officer (our next court date would have been Feb 2018). If you ever wonder why you need a law firm for your speeding ticket and believe that you can do it on your own...think again. We both work full time and do not have the luxuary to postpone our court date so our statue of limitation on points would expire nor do we have any contacts at the station to tell us when the officer is retiring. I highly recommend Weiss & Associates for all your traffic related legal matters!!

Great service and excellent communication throughout the entire time. Got ticketed for operating motor vehicle while using electronic device. The case dragged on and was rescheduled multiple times. Jennifer kept me updated and sent out frequent reminders of the court date every time. After more than 2.5 years, Weiss & Associates delivered and received not guilty verdict and avoided 5 points. Well worth the money and a huge plus for not having to show up in court. Highly recommended professionals.
Two speeding tickets one for speeding 21+ another for 31+mph, both were dismissed this year. I've been using these guys for my last three tickets and what I love about them is their brutal honesty. They will never tell you to go ahead and pay them to fight the ticket. If it's a ticket like a stop sign, they will not likely agree to fight it because it's more of a losing battle on their end, you're actually better off fighting those off yourself. As far as speeding goes, they definitely know their stuff and they seem good at fighting these off. Both of my speeding tickets were thrown out and dismissed thanks to Weiss & Associates. So if you're struggling with a speeding ticket, give these guys a call, they're very reasonable, especially when you compare it to the price you'd pay had you pleaded guilty.
