They were nice all while telling me they couldn't help me advocate with me for my son to get in a school that is appropriate. Why couldn't you help me?...It's not in this organization's best interest.....very disappointed!
They do not like to return your calls but are quick to ask for your income when you do get to speak to someone.
They are very helpful and resourceful. They provide advocacy and legal advise at no cost. And help resolve issues with the department of education.
