My jeans were given back to me still soiled. Sadly I realized this when i got back to the hotel room, called them and was told no refunds. Ive now hand washed the jeans myself which has cleaned them perfectly which tells me they weren't even put through a wash. Don't let these thieves steal your money!
Stairs lead down into a small basement storefront. Don't be alarmed that they don't have any computer system to take down your information - everything is handwritten on a little carbon copy paper pad, but they remember their regular customers and prices are slightly lower than other competitors in the neighborhood. Delivery is sometimes slower than promised.
Beyond pathetic. Gave them many tries. Each and every time something went wrong. The final straw was today when I picked up my dress jacket. When I got home I smelled it and it still stinks like when I brought it in. I called and said it smells bad, the woman said bring it back, they will dry clean it again. I bring it back literally five minutes later, now she refuses, saying "dry clean not remove smell" over and over again as if I didn't understand her the first time. I told her that she JUST told me to bring it back five minutes ago! I'm not paying them to simply put my jacket on a hangar, put a piece of plastic over it and call it "clean." I told her that if she didn't refund my money I was never going back--she said "fine." OK fine with me too. Apparently they don't need customers in this place. Before this incident, they were late with my clothes--every single time. Unbelievably bad. Avoid it like the plague.
