One of the best experiences I have had. They are knowledgeable and have a great selection of flowers. Pricing is good considering that they are located off Madison Ave in NYC. I have gotten many bouquets from them and they are always beautiful.
Simple enough.
I called them up to confirm that they delivered the flowers early and without a note.The guy confirmed and said, "well, sorry" and then hung up.
I've used Madison Avenue Florist before and they've been great -- BEAUTIFUL arrangements but this last time they screwed up and when I called them, they could care about their mistakes. It's enough for me to switch to one of the other 8,000 florists in the city who also do great work.

Do not buy your flowers here. I spent over $50 on 3 flowers and they died within 12 hours after putting them in water. I called the store and they refused to replace them + the salesperson was offended that I even asked to have them replaced. Take your money somewhere else.
My favorite florist! They have all flowers, sizes, colors, etc. I had them send my mother an arrangement and she still raves about the beautiful scent they had.

I call in an order for a pretty arrangement approx $80 to be delivered on Thurs ( called Tues) to my good friend's office for her birthday. Also told them to include the following note: "Happy Birthday! Love, Laura"
