Gotham Florist, the name itself evokes thoughts of Super Hero’s, and that is exactly what you will find, sincere and humble Hero’s! I contacted the customer service email, explaining I was a soldier stationed overseas trying to live out my own fairy tale with a Wonderful New York Woman but that there was a missing “add-on” from my delivery . Ji immediately responded within minutes of my email and put forth Heroic level of effort to resolve the situation. Not only did she save the day, she went above and beyond explaining the details of the flowers and how to get the absolute most from this stunning display (“Endless Love” arrangement). Priceless commitment to customer service exceeding my expectations and as legendary as its Namesake. To be honest the florist I use to use in New York closed and after trying different florists with out much success I was happy to find this florist. The flowers sent were well received by my sister so I think I have found my new go to in New York.
