A spacious cafe with inconsistent food qualify and deteriorated service quality. It was one of my favorites in the city, but was so disappointed with my last visit. The croissant does not taste buttery, and the chocolate cookie has no chocolate aroma at all. The cashier was also very rude. I had to ask her three times that I have a loyalty membership to have a chance to input my phone number on the screen. No greetings or eye contact from the cashier throughout my ordering. Also, the cashier forgot to provide me with sparkling water for my espresso. Not sure what happened to the attentive service quality I experienced before. What a shame!
Extremely loud music, no windows. Great seating and coffee selection, though. Also serve beer!
Try the horchata latte drink. It was good. A great cool space inside a dedicated Brooks Brothers Red Fleece store.
They offer Stumptown Coffee Roasters, which is delicious. Great seating and variety of whole bean coffee bags.
Shauna and Natasha were super sweet and remade my horchata cold brew for me with soy. Also love the vibe!
