Booked your service last week and I am fuming mad. The agency left us all alone at Bangkok. When we arrived we weren't taken care of or warned about possible things that might happen. I was nearly scammed by two guys wearing police uniforms and pretending that there was fake money around. They then asked for my wallet to check my money but I said no and they got really angry and said that we should go to the police station. I said yes and then after a few minutes they ran away. Worst experience of my life. It's like you just booked our flight and that's it.
Had a good smooth experience. Tatiana was a great help and went above and beyond to accommodate my friends and I on a huge trip. Good thing is that they have easy payment and you could pay off your trip in incriments.
