Chip Marks was absolutely amazing to work with from a buyer's point of view. We didn't have an agent and happened to run into him at an open house we went to. After talking, my fiancee and I decided to use him as our agent. He was nothing, but cordial, helpful and extremely responsive. Chip was an absolutely HUGE asset throughout the our entire process from submitting an offer through our close. I would highly recommend Chip as a broker and will be sure to refer him to our friends.
Bobby Florian began helping me just a few weeks ago and showed me an amazing apartment - it had everything I wanted and he went to the management company and went ahead and asked a few questions for me which was great. I found him to be personable, trustworthy, patient and kind - a very hard find in a broker in this city. His emails and calls were quick to get back to me which I appreciated. I have already recomended him to friends and I hope to work with him again. He was spectacular.
Our "broker" never showed up and never communicated with us. We all took off of work to be here and he never communicated until an hour after he was supposed to be here. Tuval Mor was completely rude about it and I would suggest no one ever work with him in the future. A complete scam.
