The kiosks have been a great addition and let you send packages without having to wait in line. However, I can't give it more than 2 stars because package pickup here is so painful during the holiday season. Seeing the pink "we missed you" slip in your mail box anytime between November and January is so depressing because you know you'll have to wait at least 45 minutes in line to get your package. They really need to staff this store better. It's not possible for every the best employee to turn over the lines at a reasonable rate.
They are sucks. They've lost three of my packages out of four in recent two months and don't even pick up my call nor respond to my complaining email. So I try never order items which delivered by USPS. Even one star is overrating for them but I can't get rid of all stars...

Frequent pink slips saying attempted delivery, total lies. Have to then go wait in line for hours. Ridiculous.
Several times already, a package I was waiting for doesn't get delivered and I instead have to pick it up at the post office. I get that pink card saying delivery was attempted, which is a lie because each time I was home and no one ever knocked on my door. I wish the USPS would be eliminated already. It makes no sense to keep it going. There's UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other delivery services. USPS is incompetent. I hate that I have to give even 1 star. USPS deserves negative 10 stars.
My packages.... (yes two of them at the same time) status said it was delivered but my mail box was empty. I called to file a case and the representative said "The carrier must have scanned it... and will put in your mail box later, although they are not suppose to do that" Why scan it and not deliver it? Unless there was intent to steal it? I bet they stole it.
