Terrible trying to get through to someone to find out what you need. Then when you finally get through the person is nasty in miserable "get a new job then" there is obviously no supervision there
Impossible to reach anyone with a heartbeat - I've literally never gotten through to a human being in the phone.
The woman who answered was so rude. I'm not from NY and I asked her the zip code she says (with a smart attitude) to me she doesn't know I have to look It up on line.
Everyone is super rude and no one wants to help you
Most of the time, if you are here, you're going to have a bad time. So there's that. Not to mention everyone working there has been there or is going to be there for the next few eternities. I like the architecture, but, dealing with the officers and the clerks is like pulling your own teeth with scissors.
