Great price and ok service, with friendly cashier and friendly donut workers. The problem is the guy at the entrance is incredibly rude and demanding for no reason. As soon as you pull in he starts yelling at you (this has happened the 10 or so times I've been here). Today I pulled in as close as i could to the car in front of me and he yelled at me to get closer (impossible) and then to take the place of the car in front of me (which i couldn't do until he moved it). I moved my car to be in place of the car in front of me once he moved it. There was no need to yell at me. He yells at people all day every day and needs to be fired. Otherwise people will keep hating this place.
My personal experience alway is very bad, car wash itself is good but the people who clean can't handle the volume and are careless. They leave marks on the windows and don't clean properly.
Horrible place - they literally dented my door by washing the car so it wouldn't even close. Tried to get me to leave and come back later. Had the police come write up a report. Insurance coming took them to court they denied doing it. Nobody should go there certainly not with a good car. I can't stress enough how nasty they were

They are really expensive, because they are pretty much one of 3 car wash in midtown Manhattan, so they can increase the price and lower the service. Mad customers have no choice to go anywhere else.
I have been a loyal customer for years, aside from the top service in the area, the management and employees have been great with me since day 1. I treat them well, and the respect goes both ways as people tend to do. The service is second to none, and the price is similar to all the other car washes in the area. I would highly recommend and will continue to go there. Coming to wash my car doesn't seem like a chore, because they take care of everything from start to finish, they know me already and I always enjoy myself. 2 BIG THUMBS UP!!
