I like this salon. My only complaints are that no one seems to speak English fluently, I still get the famous Dominican mushroom hairstyle, and they don't tell you what products they are using. Also, the staff could be a little more friendly to their non-Latino clientele.
This is my Dominican salon forever. I always go there and the ladies are wonderful with me. If you need to get your hair done for a blow out and some "rolos" they do wonderful and for an affordable price. They don't speak a lot of English but I speak English/Spanish and we can communicate as well they understand what the customer want even if they don't speak Spanish. The only thing is they do not do too complicated stuff for your hair. For example if you need to get an ombre and stuff like this go to a professional colorist. This salon is good for blowouts, simple hair color applications, hair relaxers and deep conditioning treatments.
Fabulous products & service. I travel from Louisiana so they can wash and blow my hair. Smooth as silk

They try to speak English just as I try to speak Spanish. Usually there is one person there who speaks English fluently. Don't knock it for language differences. They do great hair!!!! And, they actually care about your hair. If you're not sure what they are putting in your hair, just ask!, "What's this ? -or -Que es eso? Every Dominican hair salon does the same thing. Put porducts in, no questions asked to you -the customer. Nevertheless, doesn't your hair usually look awesome afterwards!!! In Summary...cheap, great, neighborhood beauty spot. Last wash- 6:15/6:30pm
