I wish I could give minus 5 stars. Totally not a customer of TD bank but my clients tend to write official checks from TD bank. Hence reason for my Hell. Manager, I say Manager Stella is the worst at customer service and I strongly feel she has discriminatory tendencies. Why? I bring a OFFICIAL CHECK in to cash. Official checks are checks that are paid for by cash and is actually cash. Stella tells me she can not verify the check when I know and was their when the client walked into a TD Branch in queens and walked out with the check. She tells the whole bank out loud, I will not let $6000 walk out of this bank, as if to embarrass me and my wife. When asked for a business card she refused and said she does not have to. She further goes over to a customer and sits down and talks about me and my wife with the customer. After pleading with her to verify the check she says it takes 24 hrs to do so. I want to know if this is true. I don't think so. Classic case of leaving policies up to peoples digression, who might be a person who looks at your features before making a decision. She needs to be terminated.
Staff is good. Don't use the Penny arcade if it's still open. Rips you off
